Acceptable Use Policy

Dernière mise à jour: 29 juillet 2026

1. What this covers

This policy sets out how you may use ForexDNA and what is not permitted. It applies to your use of the website, your account, and the connected trading account. Breaching it may lead to your access being suspended or ended, and your connected account being disconnected.

2. The account must be yours

You may only connect a brokerage account held in your own name. You must not connect an account belonging to another person, an account you manage for someone else, or an account opened using another person's identity documents. You confirm this when you connect, and we check the name on the trading account against the name on your ForexDNA account. Connecting an account that is not yours may also be a criminal offence, regardless of this policy.

3. One account per person

Each person may hold one ForexDNA account. You must not create additional accounts to obtain a further trial, to evade a suspension, or to appear as more than one customer. A trading account that is already connected to another ForexDNA account cannot be connected a second time.

4. Keeping your access secure

You are responsible for your ForexDNA password and for any device on which you stay signed in. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Do not share your password, and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell us immediately at admin@dna.forex if you believe someone else has gained access, and change your MT5 password as well, since access to your ForexDNA account is access to the details of your trading account.

5. What you must not do

You must not resell, sublicense, rent out, or otherwise make the service available to anyone else. You must not attempt to extract, copy, reverse-engineer or reconstruct the trading strategy, whether from the software, from trade history, or by any other means. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other customers' data, or our infrastructure. You must not scrape the site, run automated requests against it beyond normal use, or attempt to disrupt or overload it. You must not use the service for anything unlawful, including money laundering or the handling of criminal property.

6. Accurate information

The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. Your name, your contact email, your trading account details, and whether the account has open positions. Connecting an account with open trades when you have told us it is flat causes the risk controls to misjudge your exposure, and is a breach of this policy as well as being against your own interests.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach this policy, if we are required to by law, if we reasonably believe the account is not yours, or if continuing would expose you or us to unacceptable risk. Where it is practical and appropriate we will tell you first and explain why. Where the risk is immediate, suspected unauthorised access, for example, we may act first and tell you afterwards. If your access ends, we disconnect the strategy from your trading account; the account itself, and the money in it, remain yours and under your control throughout.

8. Reporting a problem

If you believe someone is misusing the service, or you have found a security vulnerability, tell us at admin@dna.forex. We would rather hear about a security issue directly and quickly, and we will not pursue anyone who reports one in good faith and does not exploit it or access other people's data.
